DO IT Organic corn glucose powder is extracted from organic corn starch. Corn starch is converted into glucose syrup by a series of processes such as concentration, saccharification, filtration, evaporation of the syrup and spray dried into glucose powder. Corn glucose powder is about 70% sweeter than table sugar. DO IT Organic corn syrup powder can be used in beverages, canned fruit, ice cream, milk drinks, dessert sauces, baking mixes, etc.
