These organic vanilla beans are grown in an organic and sustainable manner ensuring a good income to the farmers and friendly to the environment. Planifolia beans are world-renowned for their distinctive aroma, complex flavour, and mellow creaminess. Primarily used in cooking and to flavour ice cream, baked goods and other bakery products, chocolate and other sweets.
