DO IT Organic Arrowroot powder is a starch produced from the tubers of arrowroot plants. It is a good substitute for corn starch and other flours. This digestible starch is perfect for gluten-free cooking, lighten up the texture in baking applications. Mostly used as a thickening agent in sauces, gravies, soups and puddings.

Food Applications:

Arrowroot Powder is used as a replacement to corn flour: arrowroot powder creates a clear gel and does not break down when combined with acidic ingredients.

Culinary use: Thickener in gravies, stews and sauces.

Bakery use: It is used in biscuits, jellies, cakes, puddings, fruit pie fillings and glazes as a thickening agent.
