Aromild™U15 can also be used as a natural source for non-animal cysteine. Seperate or in combination with Ajirex™NH it gives a slow cooking “Koku” sensation. Aromild™U15 is applicable for a wide variety of foods and works perfect in plant based products to add flavour complexity.
