SVZ White pumpkin puree is solely made of sound and mature pumpkins without additives. The vegetables are carefully selected, sieved, blended, sterilised and aseptically packed. Pumpkin is a rich source of vitamin A, iron, fibre and other minerals. This pumpkin in particular offers functional benefits as neutral base ingredient . It is perfectly suited for many food applications like beverages bakery goods, soups, sauces, etc. Great for f.e. sugar reduction or natural texturiser without off-tastes.
