Prodalim Acidified Banana puree is the unfermented but fermentable product made from sound and ripe Bananas (Musa x paradisiacal L.) being preserved through grinding, pressing and sieving, that results a thick and creamy consistency. Acidified Banana Puree form will have all the juice and insoluble fibrous parts of the fruit. It is used in food products like smoothies, Juices, soft drinks, cocktails, jam, jelly, yoghurts, and milkshakes.
