Plant-Ex Grapeskin Extract is a Liquid Food Colour Extract. It is great for colouring your food end products in the Beverages industry and many other areas.
Description: A dark purple liquid consisting of anthocyanin glucosides derived wholly from grapes and
standardised for colour strength and preserved with potassium sorbate. The product also
contains Sulphur Dioxide at less than 1000ppm.
