Wollenhaupt’s Natural Vanilla Flavour Tahitensis contains minimal 95% Vanilla Bean Extract. The Tahitensis Vanilla Beans are know from the spicy anise flavour, the profile you will recognize in the flavour next to the sweet creamy vanilla profile. Dosage in ice cream 0,2 – 0,5%
