Description

HVP is made from single or combined plant-based protein sources like soy, corn, and wheat. Timmers Tasture 604 Enzymatic Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein is widely known flavour enhancer and has a characteristic meaty and umami flavour that enhances the flavours and taste in food products. It is mostly used in food preparations like soups, instant noodles, seasonings, savouries, extruded snacks, sauces, canned foods, spray dry mixes, fin-food, fish products and many others. It also used to improve the flavour in freeze dried products.

Timmers Tasture 604 Enzymatic Hydrolysed vegetable protein is suitable for Halal, Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian and vegan products.
