Timmers Tasture Fish Bouillon Natural Vegan Flavour is one of the versatile flavours, made from special selected vegetable ingredients and flavour components to mimic the taste of white fish. It gives rich, more robust flavour than ordinary bouillons for dishes like soups, instant noodles, stocks, sauces, stews, chowders and other savoury applications.
Appearance: Beige colour, powder in form
Taste profile: Characteristic white fish taste
Composition: flavouring preparations, enzymatic hydrolyzed vegetable proteine (rape), spices, natural flavouring substances.
Other ingredients: salt, maltodextrine, vegetable oil (rape seed), triacetine 0,298 %, gum arabic, vegetable oil (sunflower), propylene glycol.

Product is suitable for Halal, Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian (no fish and meat), Vegan (no animal products).
Note: Storage: at ambient temperature (ca. 15°C), dark and dry . The product has to be protected from temperatures below 4°C. Opened containers are to be closed firmly immediately after use and should be used as soon as possible. During storage, colour of the flavour may change. Variances in colour are typical for these types of flavour and in no way affect the sensorial or technological properties.
