Place water, eggs and Crustophee DC 100 in a mixing bowl.<br \/>\n2. Mix with a pedal attachment (flat blade) at slow speed for 1 minute.<br \/>\n3. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.<br \/>\n4. Mix again at medium speed for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Add Vegetable oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute or until the oil\u00a0folds well.<br \/>\n6. Add in the chopped dates and split cashew nuts and mix manually\u00a0until mixed well.<br \/>\n7. Scale as required into greased pan.<br \/>\n8.
