Place egg, water and Crustovelvet RV100 in a mixing bowl.<br \/>\n2. Mix with a whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.<br \/>\n3. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.<br \/>\n4. Mix again on high speed for 4 \u2013 6 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes \/ until the oil folds well.<br \/>\n6. Scale as required into greased pans.<br \/>\n7.
