Blended using extracts from the finest Colombian coffee beans, this flavour is a perfect pick for your coffee cakes, muffins, biscuits, cream, ice cream and even smoothies.Ossoro’s Colombian coffee is however not a substitute for coffee. It is recommended to use this essence as a booster to the added coffee powder, to bring out the rich aroma and flavour.Ossoro recommends using 1-1.5ml of flavour per kilo of cake dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100% vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
