RECIPE

CRUSTOZAN BROWNY AM : 1000 g

Egg   : 250 g

Butter/oil: 250 g

Water : 100 g

Nuts: 200g * Optional for better appeal & Taste* 

METHOD

1.Place water and Crustoforest W1000 SP in a mixing bowl.

2.Mix with whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.

3.Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.

4.Mix again on high speed for 4 – 5 minutes.

5.Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes / until the oil folds well.

6.Scale as required into greased pans.

7. Bake as specified.

  Baking Temperature : 165-170°C, Baking Time : 40-45 minutes / until baked well.
