Recipe
| Crustoforest W1000 Plus | 1000 g |
| Water | 600 g |
| Vegetable Oil | 100 g |
*Colour & flavour can be added based on customer requirement.
Method
1. Place Crustoforest W 1000 Plus and water in the mixing bowl.
2. Mix with a whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape the centre and sides of bowl to facilitate even mixing and mix on high speed for 5 minutes.
4. Add vegetable oil, mix on low speed for 1 Minute / until oil folds well.
5. Scale as required in to a greased pans.
6. Bake as specified.
Bake at 160-170oC for 40-45 minutes / Until baked well.
