|Crustoforest W 100 Plus||1000 g|
|Egg||900 g (18-22 Nos)|
|Vegetable Oil||50 g|
1. Place water, eggs & cake gel in the mixing bowl.
2. Mix with whisk attachment on medium speed for 1-2 minutes or until it foams.
3. Add Crustoforest W100 Plus and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
4. Scrape down and mix on high speed for 5 minutes.
5. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1-2 minute / until the oil folds well.
6. Scale as required in to greased pan.
7. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 180-185 C, Baking Time : 35-40 minutes / until baked well.
