- Each product page includes key specs, downloadable technical documents (TDS, SDS, COA), and supplier certifications.
- Unsure what to pick? Ask our Ingredient Specialists for guidance or sample recommendations.
Step 2 — Get a price estimate
- On the product page, select your SKU and quantity, then click ‘Get price estimate’ to access the quote form
- Fill in your contact details and any specific requirements — you’ll receive your price estimate by email within 1–2 business days
- Our sales team reviews every request and will follow up to confirm pricing and next steps
- For select products, buyers with higher volume requirements may be eligible for a free sample — you’ll see the option to check your eligibility directly in your price estimate email
Step 3 — Confirm, pay & track
- Review your quote, confirm pricing and delivery terms.
- Choose from secure payment options (bank transfer, card, or agreed credit terms).
- Once confirmed, receive real-time order status updates in your 1-2-Taste account dashboard.
- You can track sample shipments, order processing, and delivery dates in one place.
Step 4 — Receive, test & reorder
- Test your ingredient sample in formulations.
- Access all documentation — specifications, safety sheets, and COA — in your account anytime.
- When ready, reorder easily with one click from your saved list or request a larger batch.
