Karow’s orange paste is a natural citrus paste with an orange peel content of approx. 30%, which gives our product a particularly strong aroma of fresh fruit and orange peel.
Our paste is ideal for the production of all kinds of pastries and confectionery. Furthermore, it can be used universally in creams, whipped cream, masses and in the production of ice cream.
