MADAGASCAR VANILLA BEANS
Pure Vanilla offers superb quality Bourbon Planifolia vanilla beans from Madagascar in a natural but also organic variety. These vanilla beans have a high vanillin content of at least 1,2% and up to 1,7% and a moisture content between 32-38%. Our beans are grown in a sustainable manner ensuring a good income to the farmers and friendly to the environment. Planifolia beans are world renowned for their distinctive aroma, complex flavour and mellow creaminess.Primarily used in cooking and to flavour ice cream, baked goods, chocolate and other sweets. Our unique steam process against mold ensures good quality and integrity of the beans during their shelf life.
PAPUA NEW GUINEA VANILLA BEANS
Superb quality Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea These beans contain 0,4-0,8% vanillin but also have over 1200 flavour components giving these beans their unique rich, floral, fruity, cherry-like, and anise flavour. The moisture content is between 35-43% and these beans are grown in a sustainable manner ensuring a good income to the farmers and friendly to the environment. Tahitensis beans are highly sought after by many aficionados for their unique aroma and are very suitable for use in short and no-bake recipes where the uniqueness of the flavor profile is best retained. Our unique steam process against mold ensures good quality and integrity of the beans during their shelf life.
VANILLA BEAN CUTS
Superb organic and non-organic quality cuts of vanilla beans with high vanillin content, sustainably grown and preserved against mold by a unique steam treatment ensuring the quality and product integrity. The vanillin content is between 1.2-1.7% and the moisture content is between 20-25% and these cuts are highly suitable for extraction purposes or industrial use.
Pure Vanilla offers various Vanilla Powders, all sustainably grown. The Vanilla Powders range comprises a superb quality Organic Vanilla Powder with high vanillin content. In addition to this Pure Vanilla produces a low-vanillin powder made of vanilla beans that have been used in an extraction process and then dried and grinded which will give products the typical black vanilla particles.
